CERTI Foundation

To develop a continuous process for generating technical and scientific knowledge and provide effective support to Brazilian companies, especially for the manufacturing of lots in small series, CERTI conceived the project “Advanced Technologies for the production of circuit boards in small series - LABelectron Nucleador”. It calls for actions in two strategic lines: electronic manufacturing, including command of the technology and excellence in the production of circuit boards in small series; and human resources training for companies and dissemination of technologies, including the organization of a mechanism denominated  “Advanced school in electronic design and manufacturing.”  As a result, it established a factory laboratory, which has been experimenting with innovative concepts and methodologies for electronic manufacturing with excellence. Its priority focus is production in small series, the provision of specialized technological services for companies and technological institutions and the generation and dissemination of knowledge developed at a local, regional and national level.
