Transformation of scientific and technological knowledge to innovative businesses, incubators, technology parks and poles, clusters, and other projects that result in Regional Technological Development.
Synapse of Innovation and Pre-Incubation
The SYNAPSE program is an effective methodology for the transformation of knowledge into innovations, based on research conducted at science and technology institutions, allowing the knowledge generated by researchers, students, teachers and other professionals active in these institutions to result in the creation of new companies (spinoffs) or the transfer of these new technologies to established companies. The methodology is based on pre-incubation processes and interactive tools, allowing the identification and capturing of good ideas from a large group and guiding them to become successful enterprises.
Company Incubator and Condominium
This work combines a set of competencies and methodologies for the planning, implementation and operation of business incubators and condominiums. It uses an accelerated business model, evaluating and guiding the businesses in a permanent and effective manner. It provides diagnoses and programs for training for accelerated development in the five dimensions included in the model (the entrepreneur; organization, product, capital and market). With this program, it is expected to create companies with strong potential for growth and market value, stimulating new ideas and the capacity of the businesses. This reaction can stimulate regional and social development, expanding the benefits of the model.
Innovation Institutes and Centers
Development projects for Multi-Institutional Complexes – R&D Units of Institutions or Companies, Government or Private Companies, Research Groups and NGOs – to promote the generation, application and diffusion of technology, solutions and practices in one or more fields, which can stimulate economic and technological development of a given region. In this sense, the center must consolidate itself as a Center of Knowledge and Integration Point; Applications Laboratory and Environment for Practice; a Demonstration Space and Showcase of Innovations; Education and Dissemination Center.
Technology and Innovation Parks
This work involves planning the development, implementation, operation and management of Technology and Innovation Parks, with a methodology that uses a series of decision making support tools, and analyzes value, identifying priority markets and technologies for leveraging regional development, through innovation and the promotion and creation of new business – crossing technological assets from the region with current and potential economic activities.
Regional Technological Development Project
This is a set of concepts and methodologies aimed at generating positive results in the economic, social, and technological fields and in the quality of life of a given region. The methodological process stimulates discussions that intensify actions and partnerships among various development agents: the private sector, federal, state and municipal governments, professional entities and research and educational institutions, using as stimulus mechanisms technology, capital, markets, information networks and entrepreneurs.
