Product Development
These services are usually conducted transversally, involving a variety of CERTI’s competencies. This allows us to develop the conceptual design to a prototype or final product that combines all of the technical characteristics, functions and design, allowing the client to visualize the results of the product before it is released in the market.
Hardware development
These services encompass the development and manufacturing of electronic circuit boards at CERTI’s own laboratory. The hardware design considers advanced production technologies and methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Ecodesign tools, Management Cost Systems, Flexible Production Systems, Management of Indicators, Engineering and Analysis.
Development of Processes
Innovation in processes has a strategic role in organizations because it raises a company’s competitiveness, whether through the adoption of new production methods or with significant improvements that allow generating products and services with important distinctions in cost, agility, productivity, quality or increased productive life of equipment and processes, providing a competitive distinction in the market. CERTI can be a strong ally in the innovation of your company’s processes. With experience in the management and operation of a small-series electronics factory, and having executed quality management and planning projects at factory parks in Brazil and abroad, the institution is qualified to execute projects and improve productive processes.
Software, Systems and Applications
CERTI’s software team is focused on the development of software to meet market demands for the creation of innovative products and solutions, and attend the specific needs of CERTI platforms. With broad experience in the development and coordination of distributed software teams, we can coordinate complex projects involving teams at different institutions and companies in Brazil and abroad.
The software team uses software development methodologies based on agile practices: Scrum, XP and Lean Development. The use of these practices results in increased quality of delivery, greater visibility of the process, better time-to-market and flexibility, reduced costs and increased satisfaction of the final user.
Concerning web, desktop and mobile applications where there is strong interaction between the user with the application, our developments have been based on the concepts of User Centered Design. We work with the principle of giving priority to ergonomic, esthetic and usability factors to reduce barriers to use, providing the user, even one with little familiarity with computers, a pleasant and productive experience.
