CERTI Foundation

In 2008, CERTI was contracted by the Brazilian Industrial Development Agency (ABDI) to develop the preliminary industrial design for new factories with vanguard technologies for seven specific productive sectors to be built in Venezuela. A detailed preliminary design was developed for each one of the factories, characterizing the products to be manufactured, the location of the factories, their main clients, industrial demand, the basic production process and the design of the layout orientation for production. The infrastructure was also defined, as well as raw materials, main and complementary processes, machines, technologies and the human resources needed. The project was successfully concluded and presented to ABDI and the Venezuela government, which received the technical reports with the conceptual solution for the implementation of the factory units for metal cans and lids, valves, industrial refrigeration equipment, glass, PVC pipe, food sector equipment and assembled electronic circuit boards.
