As a Foundation, CERTI's highest decision making body is the Board of Directors, composed of representatives of the Federal University at Santa Catarina (UFSC), the state and federal governments, the state Federation of Industries and the member companies. The elected president of the board is the Rector of UFSC. Executive management is conducted by the General Superintendencie. The technical-scientific activities are exercised by the staffs of the Reference Centers, and managed by the Executive Boards.
